  • Issuing Know-Your-Client (KYC) certificates to the Board of Investment.
  • Mortgage facilities for the acquisition of a property

At MCB Corporate Banking level, we will work with you to:
  • Issue the relevant testimonial, confirming the promoters' credibility and availability of project finance, in order to obtain the letter of approval from the Board of Investment.
  • Issue Guarantees of Due Completion to the end buyers as required by the laws of Mauritius for projects under the IRS, RES and Invest Hotel Scheme.
  • Issue bank guarantees in favour of the Board of Investment in accordance with the law.
  • Structure the terms and conditions under which the banking facilities shall be granted in order to ensure that the project is properly funded till successful completion.
