Dividends

The MCB aims to supply its shareholders with ongoing returns in the form of a stable and relatively predictable dividend path. Interim dividends are declared in November, based on best estimates of half-yearly results to 31 December while the final dividends are announced by the Board just before the end of the financial year, when the trend in Group profitability is more firmly established. Final dividends are paid towards the end of July.
