/ account specific' enquiry, by email. For example, email
messages should not be used for account balance enquiry or
change of address. We suggest that if you have a query relating
to specific aspects of your account, please log in to Internet Banking
that will allow you to request information or changes to your account.
Within Internet Banking you can use the 'message' option at the top right
hand corner of the page, to send us a secure message. (Note:
Queries & Requests will be dealt with during office hours only). If
