Please be informed that the sending of One-Time Password (OTP) via email address for all online purchases with MCB cards, at any merchant using the secured protocol, has been discontinued. OTP will be sent only via a valid mobile number.

Dear Customer,
Please note that, in view of the complete revamping of the MCB Head Office Corporate Lobby, the main entrance off Royal Road will be closed from 10th February 2024 to 30th April 2024.
In that respect, access to the Head Office will be as via Port Louis Main Branch (PLMB) entrance and Raymond Lamusse Building (RLB) in Sir William Newton Street.
Appropriate signage will be installed to guide customers.
