IB Pro is the Internet Banking platform for non-individual customers (Corporates, Business Banking, SMEs, Associations and Foundations). The solution has been designed using the same platform as Juice and Juice Pro to provide you with an ‘Omni channel’ experience - a seamless and consistent interaction across multiple channels.
What’s new?
IB Pro has been created with you in mind and tested with some of our customers to ensure it has what you need.
It provides the following features:

SmartApprove – Your approval tool on your mobile
SmartApprove Mobile App has replaced the physical and soft tokens. It is now the only ‘second-factor’ approval tool on Internet Banking Pro, making the approval experience of signatory users seamless and more efficient.

Security Enhancement
- IB Pro abides by ‘Strong Customer Authentication’ guidelines, where two different factors of authentications (possession/knowledge/biometrics) are used for onboarding and transaction authorisations.
- Transaction Signing is used to authorise transactions. It increases the security of authorisation operations as follows:
- Confirmation process records data related to transactions and authorisations
- Authentication process involves a signing operation to protect the integrity and the authenticity of the transaction
- The solution has been duly audited by a renowned party before the public launch
- Encrypted connection between client browsers and MCB servers (HTTPS with latest TLS)
- All customer transactions on IB Pro are archived in our system.
- Brute-force detection and account lockout mechanism are implemented to prevent credentials cracking
- Session validity timeout is implemented to prevent impersonation
- No sensitive information is stored in clear (card details, password, pin…). Followed PCI-DSS guidelines
- It is protected against cross websites request forgery (CSRF attacks)
