Can anyone receive funds from Juice?

Answer

Yes, provided that he/she is registered as ‘Juice Beneficiary’ or you have the account number, card number or PayPal email address to which the funds should be credited. Even if a client is not an MCB customer, he can still receive funds via an ATM.

Answer

For security measures, do not to proceed with registration of your Juice account as confirmation details of your future transactions will be sent to this mobile number. Contact our Call Centre on +230 202 5010 (lines are open 24/7) to update your mobile phone number or visit any MCB branch.

Yes, you should. Else, you will not receive the secured six-digit code ‘One-Time Password (OTP)’ sent by SMS, which will have to be used for transaction validation.

Yes, you can access your Juice application anywhere as long as you are connected to the Internet via Wifi or mobile data. Please be aware that you will be charged for International Roaming while connecting via mobile data. Contact your mobile phone operator to know the fees and charges applicable.
