What should I do if I change phone model?
- Uninstall the Juice app from your old phone
- Download JuiceByMCB from App Store (iOS/Apple) or Google Play (Android) on your new phone
- Log in to Juice using either your MCB Internet Banking User ID and Password or your MCB Debit/Credit Card details
- Set your four-digit mPIN or configure your fingerprint authentication
Am I still able to use my Juice application when I travel abroad?
Yes, you can access your Juice application anywhere as long as you are connected to the Internet via Wifi or mobile data. Please be aware that you will be charged for International Roaming while connecting via mobile data. Contact your mobile phone operator to know the fees and charges applicable.
