Practical and Security Tips

  • Ensure that your correct mobile number is registered with us. Confirmation of your transactions and the secured six-digit ‘One-Time Password (OTP)’ required to authenticate your transactions will be sent to the registered mobile number. Contact our call centre on 202 5757 or visit any MCB branch
  • JuicePro transfers are limited to MUR100,000 daily or equivalent
  • JuicePro app cannot be used without your mPIN or your biometrics
  • Do not reveal your login ID, password, Debit or Credit card number and PIN or your mPIN to anyone. Never store any of these details on your mobile phone

Yes. You will be able to view all companies to which you have access to. Once logged in, you will be able to choose the company you wish to transact from.

What can I do on JuicePro?

You can:
- View your Current, Savings and Loan account details
- View up to 30 of your last transaction details
- Do payments to MCB and other local bank beneficiary.(Limited to company’s requiring one signature to operate)
- Raise direct feedback just by shaking or taking a photo on the app

Is there a service fee associated to JuicePro?

JuicePro is free until Dec-20. As from 2021, a monthly fee will be applicable as per the MCB Rates & Fees (available on via the bank's website, www.mcb.mu)

Switch on your device WIFI or Data connectivity and tap on "try again" to get connected to your JuicePro session.

What should I do if I forget my mPIN?

Answer
Go to 'Forgot mPIN' from the login screen and tap "OK". JuicePro will reset and you can launch the application by completing your device registration to create a new mPIN

Is it possible to authenticate all transactions on JuicePro using biometrics?

Answer
Biometrics is an additional security to login JuicePro. Biometrics is recognized as set on the user's device. For iOS face ID and fingerprint can be recognized whereas for Android we recognized fingerprint only. Transactions are authenticated using a One-Time Password.
