Your statements are going digital (non-individual)

Dear customer,

As from1^st September 2026, you will be able to access your bank statements securely through our digital channels, MCB JuicePro and Internet Banking Pro (IBPro). As part of this transition, the delivery of statements by post will gradually be discontinued.

With digital statements, you can:

• Get 24/7 access to your bank statements, which are instantly available through MCB JuicePro and IBPro
• Save or print your documents whenever needed
• Access up to 3 years of statements directly online

As part of our ongoing digital journey, we are making it easier for you to access and manage your banking documents online.

To retrieve your electronic statements, follow the steps below:

Via MCB JuicePro
Go to Accounts > Select account > Documents> Statement & Advices > select year

Via Internet Banking Pro
Log in > Accounts > Statements & Advices > Select Account > Search by Year > Preview or Download

If you would like to continue receiving statements by post, please contact your Relationship Manager before 1 September 2026.
